Exhibit Registration

There will be 2 components to TSMC Taiwan Technology Symposium: In-Person event plus a virtual event on 6/3. Your exhibit registration entitles you to both in-person exhibit and a virtual booth. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to the provided emails once registration is completed. Exhibit registration is due March 27, 2026, and the exhibition fee is due on May 1, 2026.

Exhibit Details (In-Person)

A. The Pavilion will include:

• One complimentary booth (W200xH230 cm)
• Two (2) meter booth space
• Two (2) chairs
• Two (2) spotlights (100W)
• One (1) booth banner (Company Name will be displayed on the booth banner. Please note this banner will be in the official format from TSMC 2026 Technology Symposium: red background with white character., size: 30cm x 200cm)
• One (1) electrical outlet (110V)

B. Exhibitor Pass:

For each booth, exhibitors will receive four (4) complimentary passes for access to the In-person event. For additional attendee pass, an additional fee NT $3,500 will be charged per person, per pass.

C. Exhibitor Schedule:

• Registration & Equipment Set-up: 8:00~ 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2026.
• Exhibit Hours: 09:00~16:30 on Thursday, May 14, 2026.
• Tear Down: 16:30~18:00 on Thursday, May 14, 2026.

D. Shipping Information:

• Duration: Monday, May 4 ~ Friday, May 8, 2026
• Please note – TSMC Conference Management Center will not accept the shipping materials sent before and after this period of time.

Exhibit Details (Virtual)

A. Virtual Booth:

You will have a designated virtual booth for your company including the following:

• Logo Space
• Company Description – you may place social links here
• Resource Center – for your marketing materials

You will be able to manage your content online using an exhibitor admin content management tool (CMS). Once your content is approved by a TSMC reviewer, it will be published on the event platform.

B. Exhibitor Pass:

Each exhibiting company can submit an exhibitor pass list for your virtual booth. Only those on the list with company email addresses will have access to the virtual VOD platform post-event. TSMC reserves the right to review and approve the final list.
